Scozzie Posted April 21, 2014 Share Posted April 21, 2014 Eyam is a good day out. It was devastated by the plague in the 1600s and is more.or less a living museum. Pretty gruesome and may be of interest to a teen. There are some good walks in the Peak District- and if you are coming around Christmas time, there is a good chance there will be snow. (depending on what part of NZ You're from, that could be novel) Head down to Nottingham castle for some Robin Hood type fun. You could try taking him to a football match as well?
