mtstringing Posted April 23, 2014 Share Posted April 23, 2014 MTACADEMY is a structured and progressive coaching programme based at Fulwood Squash Club (S10 3RL) consisting of the following sections: MINI RACKETS SQUAD for ages 3-6 - Fundamental movement and motor skills for all racket sports with an emphasis on fun! Monday / Thursday 4-5pm Cost - £5 per session (Discounts available for block bookings) DEVELOPMENT SQUAD for ages 5-15 - Improve racket skills and performance through the 5 level skills challenge, advanced routines and games. Monday / Thursday 5-6pm Cost - £5 per session (Discounts available for block bookings) ELITE SQUAD for ages 14-18 - Become a complete player to achieve the Bronze, Silver and Gold skills challenges. Emphasis on performance, tactics, fitness and racket skills. I believe that sport is a great way of teaching children about good manners and behavior along with building self-esteem, social skills and confidence. These values form the foundations of my academy and will teach children the importance of being a polite, well mannered individual. The philosophy of MTACADEMY is to produce squash players with a high level of technical ability, racket control and movement by focusing on five fundamental core skills throughout the three different squads. Children progress through the programme completing the skills challenges along the way. This is great motivation to improve and also provides lots of fun!
