Jeffrey Shaw Posted April 29, 2014 Share Posted April 29, 2014 If you can see it then get hold of it with the pliers and then gently rotate the drum back and forward by half an inch each direction whilst pulling it. You may have to spend 10 minutes fiddling with it, but 10 minutes may prevent taking your washer to pieces. Or else its bust. [see what I did there?] Hope that OP can fix it, anyway. Don't be afraid to yank and bend something to get it out, just be careful to not have the hole in the drum sticking out after and knock it back, you don't want it shredding the clothes.
