KATIE MULGREW

Katie Mulgrew has a friendly and likeable style, but behind the bonhomie, there’s a slightly cynical edge. Her North-West bluntness is as appealing as her seemingly limitless confidence, all presented with engaging wide-eyed enthusiasm.

Runner up 2007 Funny Women.

“Funnier than her famous Dad” Chris Ramsey

“Like a big ball of fuzziness wrapped in barbed wire” The Radar News

STEVE SHANYASKI

A bucket load of charm and some surreal and silly material coupled with his brilliant comedy songs make Steve the ideal booking for any evening.

Bored of his day job, Shanyaski had an epiphany, walked out the door and straight onto the comedy stage. He hasn’t looked back since. Endlessly charming, Steve’s inherent warmth and cheeky, roguish twinkle shines through his material, elevating him to quite another level as a performer. Within the first six months of his comedy career he made it through to the semi-finals of the BBC New Comedian of the Year, the North West Comedian of the Year Final, and later that year he booked to appear on the BBC7 Radio Showcase “Spanking New”. Since then he has gone from strength to strength, adding to this list of accolades by being named the Holsten Pils Comedian of the Year 2005, and the Birmingham Comedy Festival’s Best Breaking Talent 2005.

“A Star in the making” City Life

Combining surreal observations with wildly tangential imaginings, his off kilter set pieces have audiences fully immersed in ‘Stevie World’ as he leads them, Pied Piper-like down the charming avenues of his inner mind. Steve is a long established and popular headliner, regularly closing at all the top comedy nights.

Steve has laso had his fair share of telly appearances including, Jason Manford’s Comedy Rocks- ITV and Comedy Store presents…- Comedy Central

“Shanyaski will take those moments you don’t fully appreciate….and will transfer them into chortle-worthy gems.” Broadway Baby

Her comedy plays have been performed in numerous festivals including Sydney's 'Short & Sweet' Festival, Lost Theatre companies One Act Festival, Buxton Fringe and Edinburgh Fringe.

Her play 'Saturday Boy' was also nominated for Best new writing in Buxtons' Fringe 2008.

She began performing Stand up comedy in May 2008. In her first year she was a 'Funny Women' Semi Finalist, 'So you think you're funny' Semi Finalist, and came third in Mirth on Monday's new act Competition.

She has also proved her worth at music festivals, having performed at Kendal Calling, Y-Not and The Green Man festival.

Ruth is primarily a musical act, with well timed audience interaction and serial stories that take the audience on a nice little journey.

GARY DELANEY

Superb Gary Delaney is a razor sharp one-liner comedian, who is widely regarded as being the most quotable comic on the circuit. The high quantity of stand out gags leaves the audience struggling to remember them all.

Gary is a regular guest on Mock The Week and has also recently appeared on Dave's 'One Night Stand', Comedy Central's 'Comedy Blue' and on Channel 4’s ‘Robert’s Web’ as well as Radio 4’s ‘Loose Ends’ and Radio 2’s ‘Russell Kane’s Whistle-Stop Tour’.

Gary has also written for other stand-ups including Ivan Brackenbury's Hospital Radio Roadshow (Perrier Award nominee in 2007), Jason Manford and for Micky Flanagan’s appearance on the Royal Variety Performance.

Gary has written for a variety of TV and radio programmes including 8 Out of 10 Cats, Mock The Week, Russell Howard’s Good News, Jason Manford’s Comedy Rocks, and Radio 4’s The News Quiz. Gary received two Sonys for his work for Kerrang! Radio. Gary’s Twitter feed was also nominated for a Chortle Award in 2011.
