LifeYoga Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 Hello all I teach yoga at Holy Trinity Church Hall on Grove Road, Millhouses each term time Wednesday at 8pm til 9.30pm. A late end with a lovely relaxing end! My classes work on trying to usefully move the body to increase strength in our legs, core and give flexibility to help us in our every day lives. At the end of each class is a lovely relaxation. I think my classes are pretty straightforward and I am very approachable! Due to classes being popular, it is advised to secure your space by block booking at a cost of £6 per class, in term-time blocks. Block booking ensures continuation of the classes too! If you wish to try and drop in, the cost is £7.50 per class. The new term starts 30 April and runs for 4 weeks, then there is another 1 week break and then a good run up to the school summer holidays.
