I think...I've read it a couple of times but can't find any reference to him paying back £5...am I going blind? Ah...that's in the link in the OP... right..is the guy in prison or not? Ah, I missed the light grey sub heading! The report linked in the OP says he just had to pay back £5, it was a short report about a confiscation hearing, doesn't mention the original sentence or if he's in jail or anything, reads like that was the only punishment.
