Looking for someone who lived in Lindsey Avenue in the 70's

Hi. I am looking for a Mrs Smalley (L.K.) who I know lived in 6 Lindsey Avenue in 1972. I have a letter in my possession from her to my mum Jean Easby (now deceased) and they sounded like close friends at the time. I know it is a long time ago and I reckon she would be in her mid 80's now at a guess, but it would be helpful if anyone knows where she is now as she may be able to fill in some gaps of my past that I have not been able to unravel. Also does anyone know if she had a relative/son by the name of Paul? Hope someone can help. Thanks, Tania
