No he quit the Labour party in July. He is still MP for Hallam, but as an independent.

Thanks for that Robin, i didnt know that, yeah, he should stand for re selection, he won the seat under a labour banner, and he is not now representing labour, sounds only fair to me

I'm surprised and not pleased to find that one strand of the definition is -

 

''Drawing comparisons of contemporary Israeli policy to that of the Nazis.''

 

I think there are very definitely comparisons that can be drawn between contemporary and that of the Nazis - and I'm not and never will be antisemitic.
