Thats great. Work hard, build a company up do well and the Gvot will literally take it away from you to build something for the use of your competitors.

Domestic violence isnt really something to joke about. This sort of idea is one that is reasonable considering that the effect on the employer is quite low as it's not likley to happen to many of their workforce, and the benefits to the employee of being able to sort stuff that needs sorting right now without worrying about the job is immense.

I don't think violence is something in which there should be discrimination!

If you went to the NHS and before treatment, they asked who the offender was, and gave different treatment depending on who carried out the violence.

The policy is just plain stupid.
