It was in the media. Unlike Corbyn she admitted what she said and almost immediately apologised.

If Corbyn had done that, it would have been a similar non story. Instead, Corbyn claimed he didn't say it, despite video evidence which strongly suggested he did.

i didnt say it wasnt in the media, but lets wait and see if they spend a week monotonously going over it..

by the way Corbyn never had anything  to apologise for, evidence says he didnt say stupid woman

As I've just explained the reason why the media kept the story going is because of the refusal from Corbyn to apologise and thus draw a line under it.

I'm not going to reopen the argument about what Corbyn said. I think the video evidence speaks for itself, but I don't really care. As I said at the time, I don't see any problem at all with calling Theresa May a stupid woman. She is a woman, and Corbyn think she is stupid. He should have just said 'Yeah, I think she is a stupid woman. So what' and let the whole thing move on.

Yeah we know you dont...

But as I just explained to you, he had nothing to apologise for...evidence does speak for itself, thanks for reminding us all

It wasn't a momentous occasion, it was a 10 page re-hash of stories from the last five years.

I was talking about the news article about the 7 Labour MPs leaving the party to form their own group. That was the part of Anna's comment I responded to (and bolded) that she seemed to take umbrage at being reported on.

With the new Formula One season coming up, I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned the effect of a no-deal Brexit on the next season.

Despite Formula One being an international sport, 80% of all F1 teams are based in the south of England employing tens of thousands of people directly and supporting many others in the local areas as well as many small specialist engineering firms. Although the cars usually travel from circuit to circuit between races, what makes the difference between winning and coming second is the week by week development of new parts many of which are manufactured after the final free practice on Friday and qualifying on Saturday and flown out on Saturday morning to be fitted by the start of Q1 usually at 1pm. This is a real 'just in time' supply chain.

Current favourites Mercedes-AMG could well end up relocating to Stuttgart. Second favourite Ferrari will benefit from this as they are entirely based in Maranello, Italy.

Bizarrely, I posted this in Consequences of Brexit and it ended up here! 😱
