megalithic
Your choice is a waste. In your opinion. Which means little to nothing to me.
Anna B
'None of the above.' I think everyone who is disgruntled with the way things are or don't see the point in voting because nothing ever changes, should actually go out and write that on their ballot paper tomorrow. We might not have a 'none of the above' party, so write it down yourself. Then even if they haven't voted for anyone they've had their say. And then politicians can't turn round and say the British can't be bothered! ---------- Post added 22-05-2014 at 12:34 ---------- Thursday, Voting day. Well they don't make it easy do they? Cricket Pavillion in park where we used to vote pulled down. Library where we went to vote after that, closed down. (Signs of the times and why you should vote? So much for the recovery.) Now new polling station is so tucked away down a backstreet and in such an obscure position (in an OAPs courtyard which doesn't even front onto the street) it took me ages to find it. A lot of people will give up and not bother.

Lotusflower
Sorry if I offended you. It wasn't intentional or meant to be personal. Many apologies ---------- Post added 21-05-2014 at 13:52 ---------- No, your vote cannot be traced. And spoiling your ballot paper is not illegal. Re my bold. Why is there a serial number on every ballot paper?

confuse
Total waste of time. I am sure my one vote for ukip would not make that much of a difference
truman
No, your vote cannot be traced. And spoiling your ballot paper is not illegal. Why do they write your voter number on the serialised ballot paper stub? I'm sure you can be traced from that..if they wanted to...

Aye, in case of the need to investigate electoral fraud.
stressconsul
If young people don't vote, us oldies are going to go on keeping all the money, forever and ever, endlessly buying and renting out ever more of our scarce housing stock and getting richer and richer. VOTE to end this iniquity.

It replaced the primary school where I previously voted. They are best and easiest to find.
