Understanding this evil debilitating disease,

Searching for a cure they cannot find,

Trapped inside an over active mind,

Keypad the only means of communication,

Dependant on a machine for respiration,

Imagine yourself encased in a shell,

Each day you have is a living hell,

Pain like no other, a permanent fixture,

Now we are starting to build a picture,

Motor Neurone Diseases this is a typical day

Owt in the bucket is better than Nowt is all one can say!!
