KATIE MULGREW

Katie Mulgrew has a friendly and likeable style, but behind the bonhomie, there’s a slightly cynical edge. Her North-West bluntness is as appealing as her seemingly limitless confidence, all presented with engaging wide-eyed enthusiasm.

Runner up 2007 Funny Women.

“Funnier than her famous Dad” Chris Ramsey

“Like a big ball of fuzziness wrapped in barbed wire” The Radar News

RICHARD MASSARA

Since becoming a stand up in 2010 Richard has won Real Radio XS New Comedian 2012 and The Frog & Buckets Preston Comedian of the Year 2012 and is becoming a regular in the North West circuit with his brand of filthy self depreciation.

"ease and control" - Chortle

"brings a confident swagger and a level of filth that should be off-putting, but skewers it nicely with a self-deprecating routine" - Yorkmix.com

"A very funny guy, with a wicked line in smut... produced a lot of laughter and earned lots of applause." - BSH Magazine

"Presence to spare and some wicked material." - One4Review

ERIC MCILROY

Following his 4 star Edinburgh show 'The Brit Identity’ in 2012, Erich McElroy is fast making his mark on the UK comedy circuit. With a good mix of British cynicism and American positivity, Erich has appeared on BBC Breakfast and FIVE news. He has written and produced a well received article with video content for The Independent.

Invited to take part in the AAA Show in Edinburgh, Erich was spotted as one to watch after receiving 4 star reviews along with a Total Fringe Sellout Award for his 2006 Edinburgh show Brokeback Britain, which was praised for its 'great gags' (The Stage), and described by The List as 'hilariously insightful' and as 'excellent' by Time Out.

Originally from Seattle, Erich joined ranks and became a British citizen and is highly regarded for his humourous and insightful take on living in the UK. As well as writing for The Independent and the Huffington Post, Erich wrote for the weekly satirical 'The Comedy Tree News' which lampoons life in the UK and topical news headlines, which was published in the South African Times, Australian Times and New Zealand Times.

"Excellent", Time Out

"Great gags", The Stage

"Hilariously insightful", The List

"at ease with the audience, making them feel comfortable in return... it's this geniality that will ensure his place on the circuit", chortle

STEVE GRIBBIN

Steve Gribbin is a rock'n'roll comedian in more ways than one. As one half of Skint Video, he was one of the hits of many a festival throughout the early 1990s and his treatment of Billy Bragg was little short of brilliant. They also starred on countless television programmes such as Saturday Live, radio such as The Mary Whitehouse Experience, and had their own show Songlines on Radio One.

Since branching out on his own, professional Scouser Steve has continued to keep his feet firmly in both camps. A great musician, his songs are exactly that, combining razor sharp lyrics with annoyingly catchy tunes and devastatingly funny humour.

Add to this some disarmingly accurate and off the wall observations and you have a real must-see act.

Steve's original comedy songs combining that put their foot in the door of your Steve is a regular member of the Loos Ends and Weekending teams on Radio 4 and The Treatment on Radio 5 Live. He is also a regular at the famous Cutting Edge Show at London's Comedy Store.

‘You can count the number of truly imaginative comic singers currently on the circuit on the fingers of one hand. One of this select band is Steve Gribbin.’ Time Out

‘Satirical songs are hard to pull off successfully, but if anyone can do it, Steve Gribbin can. In fact, he pulls it off with real aplomb.’ The Independent

"A highly refreshing and original comic with a gift for sharp observations and up-to-the-minute political asides... With more energy than a friendly Tasmanian devil, this affable and animated comedian tells jokes, plays the guitar and sings lyrics."- The Scotsman
