All i ask is for decent tenants to look after it. I told them to look after the house and i will look after them which i do. No, not all land lords, you're right. In fact, I suspect theirs lots of good land lords, just like you. I made that angry response to Coutts and it was a bit of a sweeping statement, sorry. Thus one family, trashes the place, while we all get the real message people who live in social housing are trash, which is the real point of the exercise, the dumb ones just fail to understand or see. You can lead this mob just with a bit of prejudice, and they love it. It gives them a direction for feelings and emotions they have no idea what to do with, and seeking out the new villain or victim is what keeps their interest, as its another something they can salivate over. All sensible people know that not all unemployed people on HB trash their accommodation, but most people who trash their accommodation happen to be unemployed and receive HB.
