Tyranna Posted June 18, 2014 Share Posted June 18, 2014 Hi, folks, Just a timely reminder of a visit by a very special guest who is a real icon among the LGBT movement for a few decades now: PETER TATCHELL will be coming to speak about 'The Unfinished Battle for LGBT Rights in the UK' on TUESDAY 1ST JULY at the ST. GEORGE'S CHURCH LECTURE THEATRE (At 17 Mappin Street, Sheffield S1 4DT). Tickets are £5 or £4 for unwaged; all proceeds to the Peter Tatchell Campaigning Foundation. FYI, the talk is being hosted by Sheffield Humanists, but all are welcome; being rather a spiritual person myself, I'll be looking forward to once again meeting one of the greatest living LGBT icons.
