pitsmoorlad
At the bottom end of Aston Fishery by the side of the Snake Lake is a little pond with about 7 or 8 pegs. I'm thinking about giving it a try. The big question is, what's it like. It looks like a Mr Crabtree pond but is it worth a visit or should I just go on the Snake Lake ? Thanks for any advice. 2's Company
Its classed by the owner as his silvers pond. I have fished it once and had a few small roach and skimmers. The one behind that is the big fish pond. I would personally fish the snake lake.
dars35
I fished it a few times when it first opened, deep at the snake lake end, very shallow t'other end as I recall it was mostly small crucians, tench & skimmers, very small though - but I'm going back a few years now
