MSG plays a big part in Chinese food and it is banned in America.

Saben
I'd be interested to know if there is an MSG free Chinese in Sheffield too. MSG is called Ve Tsin by the Chinese. Most Chinese supermarkets stock it. Sometimes it is labelled "Flavour Powder" in English on the packaging. Thought I would tell you that so you can avoid it.
