So Israel fires into a Gaza target knowing that the target will be devoid of civilians, Hamas and weapons, because they've previously forewarned them? Yet still go ahead with the attack? They give civilians enough time to run away, but not enough time to take rockets with them, obliviously it isn't the best military tactic but they care about thye civilians so they try to avoid killing them.
