Do yiou have personal access to Putin's daily itinerary? If indeed Putin was airborne and over eastern Ukraine then he had no business to be. I understand that it would be typical of the Putin government to try and shift the blame onto someone else rather than Putin taking any blame or responsibility for the tragedy. He is after all a man with a Cold War mentality inherited from his years with the Soviet KGB.As for any design resemblence between an IL-96 and a Boeing 777 that's just laughable. See the picture shown on the link for yourself. The Russian rebel separatists manning the surface to air missile battery had been firing on Ukraine military aircraft for some time before the Malaysian aircraft was in the vicinity. It wouldnt surpise me that typically of many things Russian they were only half trained or hastily trained on the technics of a surface - air missile battery, trigger happy along with it. So dont bother making any more excuses for Putin. He supplied the missiles to the rebels and is as guilty as hell. Wait and see what comes out once they've downloaded the info on the black boxes.
