due to a diagnosed anxiety disorder , i have recently been struggling with training and this has really impacted on my wellbeing quite severely. i was training with lots of bodyweight exercise and specific weight training to get lean and go back to training in krav maga. my training has in fact stopped.

I politely ask is there any PT involved with strength conditioning and muscle builiding interested in working with me to get me back on track.. really could do with intense training weekly one to one.

I have been so bad that ive been off work since march hence money is definitely an issue ..

If interested in helping me out with an intense programme and can structure something on fees , please get in toucn via message.

i usually train at muscle madness attercliffe or x4l in doncaster.

You will be doing me the ultimate favour

it is worth asking your anxiety specialist about some help along these lines.

if i were an employer and found my "sick" employee training in a gym i would not be best pleased. if an anxiety disorder will let you go to the gym then it is hardly a quantum leap for it to let you go to work.

sorry to be harsh but i am looking at this from the outside as many other people reading your post would do.

good luck.

Clearly I don't know his condition however at least he's trying to get fit for work.

Give him a break.

Maybe his doctor can give him some advice.

He could contact his employer explaining he's getting fitness lessons.
