But if it saves families and individuals from spiraling downrwards- it saves taxpayers' money (Benefits, policing, prison space, etc.) That's nonsense Jeffrey, it's got shedloads. Little yellow stars and forced sterilisation? They do sterilise some in order to qualify for certain benefits in the USA; we should discuss it more in this country.
