Gave up last week, it is now keeping the house at a minimum of 17 degrees during the day. To be fair, it is a fair bit cooler here in Scotland than down in sunny Sheffield

Yes,  I may cut the flex throw it out and buy a better one.

 

I do have a onesie - only one once but don't know where it is, not  buying another one.

Yes if I turn the mattress back,  the plug socket it too far back behind the bed - I'll have to get the plug out so I can plug in a new one

With the cost of gas and electric soaring I’d forget the electric blanket and get the hot water bottle out. With a bit of practice you can gauge the exact kettle capacity for the late night cuppa and the hottie
