Anyone had the intelligence yet to realise that this thread is going nowhere and won't ever conclude?

 

Theists believe in God....Atheists don't. Unless someone has recently proved or disproved the existence of God then this thread is pointless.

 

It isn't as simple as that. Quite recently on the thread there have been claims that interventions from the dead have cured cancerous tumors.

 

That level of reasoning surely needs to be highlighted as the nonsense for which it is.

Which you have done multiple times and what has been the end result? Teeny suddenly declaring you are right? Or proving you wrong? No, it's gotten past the point of debating and rather just arguing for the sake of it or rather wishing to humiliate.

 

Far be it from me to tell you what to do. But the way I see it, everyone has rambled on for 61 pages with each person maintaining their stance. Which will be the same after another 61 pages because ultimately it boils down to if you believe in God which cannot be proven or disproven.

 

Go outside and socialise with real people instead of scoring brownie points behind a screen.

Trying to prove the theists wrong. The arguments put forward from both sides are nothing that hasn't already been said and all can be counter argued. Albeit from more intelligent people granted.

 

Which also begs the question, what difference does it make it Teeny believes God played a part in healing people? Does that impact on you personally? Is she trying to convert people on this forum? Surely it's a greater thing that Ebola is slowly being cured?

Fine, people can believe what they want. However when they actively participate in a public forum stating those beliefs, they should expect that those beliefs be questioned.

And because of this excuse....the thread becomes less of a debate and more of an inquisition where Teeny or any other Theist is expected to answer every single question put to them from the Atheistic side.

 

Which devalues this thread even more and highlights my own personal view that this thread only exists to satisfy certain peoples need to humiliate or belittle those that have a faith.
