Are you open to the possibility that the Jehovah's witnesses' are a sinister cult that right minded people should avoid?

For the record, I'm open to the possibility that you're not. I just think it's very unlikely given the sheer amount of organisations that exist to try and help your ex members recover, as well as the many personal testimonial from ex members.

pretty rash statement there Kingdom How do you come to make that statement

It's pretty obvious really. Even assuming he exists do you really think he picks some special people to save from Ebola and some people to just let die?

If he did wouldn't that be kind of crappy, considering he could cure them all?

Let me do the honours here...

Not to mention that if it was god who cured some people (rather than better health care, earlier access to experimental drugs, etc.) then god must be racist as he cured a disproportionately large number of white people.

I admire Teeny's efforts to help the poor in Africa, but I wonder which is the prime motivating factor - a mission for God, or pure altruism?

To me faith without works isn't right , I can tell you I am a Christian but if you cant see the faith I have by how or what I do in life them its not faith in action . I share Gods love my loving the poorest of the poor , Sometimes words aren't always needed it actions that speak louder than words
