J Detailing Posted August 30, 2014 Share Posted August 30, 2014 Fillet is the best cut. Rib eye close second! For the price you wouldn't get the same amount of rib eye as you would fillet. Best fillet mignon I've ever had was actually on a Royal Carribean cruise in their speciality steak house... Yum Yum. About the only times I've had it.
