Jeffrey Shaw
Its still a loss of two perfectly good houses. ...unless, as I explained, demolition consent includes having to build two perfectly good houses in replacement.

Which ever way you look at it it's still a loss of two perfectly good houses.
cookingfat50
I wouldn't want to live joined to an unoccupied house on there if i'm honest. They're easy targets for the relatively valuable heating system, and no one answers the alarms. Imagine kids playing inside an unoccupied home attached to yours, late at night, much combustible material laying around. these two properties are not attached to any other they stand on there own you are right n thinking they could be a target for thieves who will strip out all the copper, lead, the boiler and any thing they can make money even tae cast iron drain covers I saw a lot of this on parson cross and shirecliffe when I worked as an inspector up there it was rife. like I have aid I think those 2 houses will be knocked into one to make one big family house with 5 or more bedrooms for immigrants homeless family's, may be god forbid roma family's hope you get luck and also take that garage down or that could be home for another family

sheff-utd
They plan on knocking down all 8. Whether it happens depends on whether they can buy all 8. Some might not want to move
