Which laws of other countries should we accept?

Recommended Posts

I recall a couple in Bradford celebrating 88 year of marriage. And at the time, I thought why are we/the media, going along with under age brides. I believe that they were muslims.

I believe that channel four are doing a program along those lines, but instead about Gypsies.

Are Muslims still beyond the reach of the law, or should we accept other countries laws?

Would the UK reccognise a underage marriage for people comming into this country today?

Doesn't Spain permit marriage at just 14 or 15 years of age?

The age of consent is just 13, which I believe to be abhorrent. However, just because it is done in Spain it does not mean we should accept the practice in the minority of the Muslim and Gypsy community.

How does one have an "illegal marriage"?

A marriage is either legal, or it is not a marriage.
