Cyclone
I thought most planes were flown by wire these days while the pilot has a kip. So you think that pilots aren't trained very highly and are easy to replace?

JFKvsNixon
I thought most planes were flown by wire these days while the pilot has a kip. Fly by wire means that the pilot's controls aren't directly connected to the control surfaces, the control surfaces are controlled electronically by the pilot. Also, when the pilot sleeps, another pilot will be in control of the plane.
Cyclone
Equally, do think the mechanics aint? Just curious Yes, I think that they are less highly trained and more easy to replace than pilots. Hence why they are paid less. (They are still highly trained of course, but not as highly).
