Nothing has been done by the world muslim powers to stop this from happening and nothing from the UK muslim council so they must be in support.

 

Exactly! By doing nothing they are showing support for the isis lot. They should be going mental that IS or ISIS are sullying the name of such a peaceful religion and should want to do anything they can to stop them. What in fact we have is people from this country and others going to JOIN isis. Sure a tiny number have gone off to fight against them but the vast majority are going to fight FOR isis.

Anyone who does this should be shot for treason and terror offences. If their family didnt know about them joining (and they must prove they didnt know) then they should face no charges and no come back. If they cant prove they didnt know then they shoud face deportation or life in prison.

Regardless of what some people say we are at war. Its just not reached our shores in a major way yet but it will. We have to be ready to fight back.

If you believe that this has anything to do with religion, then it is your belief that is stupid, I'm afraid. Just like the Northern Ireland conflict, the name of religion is being used in an attempt to justify a struggle for money, land/resources, and power.

I do agree with you that the Islamic community should condemn IS with more fervour. However the rest of your post is ridiculous.

 

We don't have the death penalty, for many reasons, so we can't shoot these people. Moreover, fighting for IS is not treason as we are not St war with them, despite what you say.

 

You then say that we should change the legal system from innocent until proven guilty to guilty until proven innocent. This is an incredibly stupid comment. Negatives are impossible to prove.

 

Where would you deport these British Citizens to? Removing citizenship from some who is citizen of 1 country is illegal under international law.

 

So in a nutshell you are saying;

 

1) Change our very successful legal system to one of "guilty until proven innocent"

2) Allow the punishment of criminals family even ice there is no evidence that they were complicit.

3) Bring back the death penalty despite evidence to suggest it is more expensive than prison and does not prove a deterrent.

4) Break international law

5) Forcibly dump our unwanted citizens on other countries.
