It's the price of free speech. The morons of the EDL the other far right dimwits who turned up are free to air their garbage in public, those who oppose them are free to do so publically.

Not to mention the morons of the far left that turn up to goad then others into violent incidents then play victim.

I'm no supporter of the edl but then other side is just as bad.

What about the left wing morons who turn up to spout their militant garbage ? They are the real hypocrites here. They bang on about free speech ,yet want to silence the EDL because of their views. The irony is lost on the flag waving raving lefties .

I thought this demo was about the disgraceful abuse of children in Rotherham, how could anyone counter demo against that??..

I thought it was the EDL who were most interested in getting news atention and racialising the issue. Were they even from Rotherham? Probably not yet you get to moan about the bill.

If you are in support of making it a race thing , then fill your boots. I would imagine both sides are disgusted at the abuse angle. I think the UAF were counter protesting at the EDL to try and get on the news.

Take a look at the end of this report.

Racially agravated public order offences. Criminal damage to a mosque. They are almost certainly the work of the NF or the EDL.

Violent right wing scumbags. That's why the bill was so high.

Four arrests suggests it wasn't a violent demo.......

Seven, actually:cool:

The reports don't make it sound peaceful. I wasn't there, so I don't know.

I've been in close proximity to the scumbags before though.
