Does Scottish Referendum turnout demand electoral reform?

Recommended Posts

I spent 33 years teaching them.

Some were more than mature enough to engage in political debate some less so.

More or less like the rest of society.

If I were to impose a numerical qualification for the vote I would prefer IQ to age.

I was called a **** and ****** for saying this :hihi:

Half a vote sounds interesting.

i couldn't give a rat's ass about 16 and 17 year olds to be honest with you, but once the principle of half a vote has been established, then it might be possible to extend it to other sections of the electorate too, like undischarged bankrupts, people who have taken joke degrees at university like tourism studies, and residents of Burngreave.
