He'll either be caught or killed. If he's caught he'll face trial and likely never be released from prison. If he's killed then job done. He probably won't be missed. People having guns that can fire 45 rounds a minute - bit quicker than the muskets at the time of writing of the second amendment. But some folk seem happy with any old loon having the ability to own summat that can kill half a street in a minute or so.
