It shows overall crime rates are basically the samre in the U.K. and the U.S., although homicide is way up in the Democrat Run Ghettos, of Chicago,  Detroit, St Louis, Balitimore  et al, where the majority of the criminals do their nasty, and can be wisely avoided.

 

It also shows Russia, as safer than the U.K. so crime statistics don't necessarily  equatable with liveability. on the whole.

As you well know the crime rate in areas with large levels of poverty is always much higher than that in wealthier areas.

Much higher in Texas, as we well know.

 

Texas is also the State with the largest black population in the U.S.

 

I would be very careful of drawing inferences from correlations of political or racial demographics.

By far the biggest surge in murder rates in the US, was in 2020... when your messiah was President  

 

The top 10 states by murder rate in 2020 were Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Missouri, Arkansas, South Carolina, Tennessee, Illinois, Maryland and Georgia.
