To any pure gym members out there-

If your gym is doing a rate for new members that is lower than your current monthly rate (eg the rate for new members at my gym was £15.99/month instead of £18.99) if you ring the how to contact us telephone number listed under FAQ on the webpage 0344..... (I don't want to put it here) they will change you to the lower rate and credit you for the existing month.

 

 

You have to ask, and it has to be on the telephone not via the contact form on the web or they will leave you on the higher rate

 

 

rate is for a year and as my husband and I are very happy with the club this has saved us some money
