blake Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 last year I went down there just off Fitzalan Square to get one and submited the passport photos and everything, paid the £5.95 and was out of there in less than 10 minutes. earlier today, this year, I turned up there with a similar aim in mind at 10.15am and the place was all shuttered up like it was Tennessee Williams.
