Basegreen- honest opinions

I'm wanting honest advice on this area please. Might be moving into the area, I think it looks a nice estate, everyone seems to have bought their ex council houses, gardens nice and it doesn't look the typical housing estate to me but my friend said it's rough and a lot of burglaries in the area so this has put a dampber on it for me now. My mum lives at hollinsend and she said it seems ok on there and not to worry. I Went and had a drive round on Monday night and it seemed quiet no youths hanging round the shops that I could see.... Can anyone let me know what their experiences of basegreen are ? Thanks

So does no one have any opinions , is there anyone on the forum who actually lives on the estate? 60 views but not one response?

I'd really appreciate it as I can't find much on the Internet about it which unlike other sheffield housing estates can only mean its actually a nice place to live? Thanks
