Perry Scope Posted November 1, 2014 Share Posted November 1, 2014 Listen to the fantastic sounds of Joe Cocker's unique live recording at the Esquire club in Sheffield during 1963 produced by his former manager and club owner the late Terry Thornton, This is a revised track and just put on YouTube this week to share the great nostalgia sounds and photos of club members and other star acts including - Jimmy Crawford, Dave Berry, Frank White, Georgie Fame etc. Performing as Vance Arnold & the Avengers, the recording was used as a demo tape by Terry to try to get him more work away from Sheffield.
