cgksheff
I'm saying it shouldn't be. I want to know why such a bill has been passed. Do you accept that the law enacted simply takes them to a similar position to that which applies in Sheffield?

I don't think it's acceptable to not be able to feed the hungry in sheffield either, if that's the case? Is it against the law for me to take a packed lunch to the peace gardens and feed myself and my friends?

Bonzo77
"The new regulations require groups to be at least 500 feet away from residential properties and food sites are restricted to one per city block" Why? I know what the law says, but I disagree with it. There's no difference in what he's doing to having a picnic.
Harleyman
The location where to feed them is important. If it's a place popular with visitors and tourists there's nothing like squads of homeless everywhere to kill it as a place to visit.

In fact, it sounds like people were protesting at the man's arrest.
