It is pejorative though, you know that full well. It can be used to express contempt or disapproval but it can also be used without expressing contempt or disapproval. You're calling us druggies (spelt correctly), yet out of those people arguing for legalisation, I think there's probably only myself and one other person (maybe 2), that actually uses cannabis from time to time. All the, so called druggies have projected good, rational and constructive arguments, yet you can't even be bothered to spell the word druggie correctly!?!
