To elaborate, if alcohol was to be proven to cause psychosis, would you feel that it's use should be criminalised?

 

Do you think that would help the issue of alchohol induced psychosis, or exacerbate it?

The report does NOT say that cannabis causes psychosis. You simply don't understand the basic scientific principles or the concept of causality though.
