Are you another one that never drinks alcohol, never drinks anything that contains caffeine, never smokes, never excessively eats salt/sugar etc. There seems to be a lot of 'perfect people' who join the forum. Regulate, enforce, control, that's the key - but you can't do that when it's illegal. The judicial system would then have greater resources to spend on crime with direct victims.
