Phanerothyme
I may be wrong but as I understand it if it is in your blood then you are legally said to be in possession of it. If that were the case, then every single person over the age of criminal responsibility, living in the UK, is in possession of Class A drugs right now, and *must* be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, with a penalty of up to 7 years in prison and/or an unlimited fine. That'll learn 'em.
Cyclone
Are conservatives now trying to alter the spin on cannabis as a precursor to legalisation? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/health/news/11927949/Leaked-Ireasury-report-reveals-legalised-cannabis-could-be-worth-hundreds-of-millions-to-the-Exchequer.html Probably. ---------- Post added 13-10-2015 at 11:47 ---------- I may be wrong but as I understand it if it is in your blood then you are legally said to be in possession of it.. whether or not that also means that you are under the ifluence of it as well i don't know. Homoglobin is what absorbs and transports most of not al drugs around your body. The red blood cells are replaced about every 3 months which is why drugs can still be in your body upto 3 months after the event. . Yes, you're wrong.
