Name of a walk in Sheffield

Was there a barbers on the walk? I somewhere recollect seeing one, maybe johnny fanthams or some ex footballer?.

Yes there was, also an S.U.T.Office.

Brought back memories, I was working at Sugg's when this shop closed and they moved up the road to the corner of Charles St.Think it was 1975.

I don't doubt this is already on the forum, but as I can't remember what it's called I can't find it.

 

The walk way similar to Chapel Walk that used to be on the Moor.

 

I remember it in the 70's though can't remember the shops, can anyone help.

There is Bethel Walk that is almost at the bottom of Cambridge Street near the Moor.

It is up the side of the old Bethel Sunday School which turned into a restaurant called the Cutler. I don't think it is a restaurant now but the Bethel walk is still there . it brings you out on Backfields.

This is Bethel Walk were the wall lamp is in the picture, situated at the bottom of Cambridge Street.

Didn't Suggs have a shop at the Pinstone St. end ?

 

bought my first bike that was not a hand-me-down from that Suggs

1955-6 paid for it myself 2/6 a week
