i agree bounce, did jimmy saville, rolf harris, gary glitter etc etc have their nationality or religion everytime they were mentioned in the news or media?

 

Harris and glitter were in the spotlight as soon as news broke about them, before they were found guilty, this trash are only in the spotlight because they have been found guilty otherwise we would have never found out, seems young english girls are worthless and 'easy' now let the apologists and excuses begin

It seems that when the perpetrators are of Muslim background the first thing to be highlighted by the media is their ancestral nationality.

 

You don't often here the media referring to white British perpetraitors as English men or even British Afro Carribean perpetraitors as Jamaicans.

 

If these perpetraitors were of a different nationality it would be understandable to describe them as such. The fact is that the vast majority of them are British men.

 

How do you know? There is no reference to their place of birth in the story I read.

thats the point, it should be all or none, it doesnt really make a difference generally, unless you have an axe to grind with certain nationalities, races, religions etc like racists or the EDL

Just heard while driving home on the radio the latest grooming gang - this time 13 somalis - have been convicted for underage shennanigans, when did the word 'grooming' replace the word 'paedophilia?

 

So not just Pakistani Muslims doing the grooming, its Somali Muslims as well.

 

I'm sure there must be a common factor somewhere,

The Evans issue though, I feel, is not about this. There are a significant amount of people who think he's innocent. So in effect they could agree with my first paragraph but still lobby for his return.

 

This issue is ignored. Nobody is defending a rapist, they don't think he is a rapist. There is a vast difference.

Current news is these "grooming gangs". Prior to that it was celebrities.

 

Let's not forget though the catholic priests, and how widespread that was. Non muslim white guys.

 

It's a problem regardless of colour, race or religion. Whoever is doing it should be removed from the gene pool no matter which god they choose.
