Written at the same time hahaha...Well there's definitely no comma in the sign...Not that I could see anyway.....So it's stating a fact that almost certainly most of the time, completely untrue. At that point, it would become a request/instruction. I don't think that they actually work now. (some are just stickers) They must just be a dummy deterrent.
