Squiggs Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 Well, a dash camera would record at the correct dimensions (wide and correctly boxed) while this is clearly phone footage as its someone holding their phone like they were taking a photo. The picture is far too stable for it to have been handheld. Even Mercalli would not make it that stable. Definitely mounted and not handheld. I've just watched that video and I can't really see how anyone could come to a different conclusion. id·i·ot (ĭd′ē-ət) n. 1. A person who is considered foolish or stupid. Going out in a moped in those conditions? Foolish. And without any experience in those conditions. Stupid. (I'm guessing that "L" plate wasn't just for decoration.) S8 Blade Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 Big variation across the area. In Woodseats near the top of Abbey Lane where I live the snow depth is about 5-6 inches. Was up at the top end of Norton earlier and it is about a foot deep in places, and starting to drift a bit in the park too.
