Dun working
Distant vague memory of a man who would throw a complete dinner service into the air and catch it without breaking anything , i think there was a crockery shop nearby where he would sell his plates etc, possibly the Hillfoot bridge area, anyone remember this from the 1960s. hillsbro
This sounds like "Potty" Edwards. There's an old thread about him - click here - in which post #4 by jomarch includes: "He was famous for his entertaining sales pitch, when he would 'throw' pots around without dropping them". Post #24 by fleetwood mentions a "warehouse/shop around the Hillfoot area".
