Guest sibon
I used to think the same as you, then I tried them again, with an open mind. Still revolting:D
Bonzo77
I love them. Fried with some bacon and some lemon zest, and they're very good for you!
JarvisS8
I like them, the trick is not to overcook them.
tzijlstra
I eat them all year round (when available at a decent price, I think they come on around late September?). Always have done, always will. If you haven't tasted sprouts that taste nice you need to tell whoever is cooking them to stop boiling them to death. esme
Love 'em, quite fancy trying the "fried with bacon & lemon zest" that sounds yum ...think a few chestnuts would work in that ?
mort
People overcook them and they become bitter. Try cookig them for no more than 8 mins and adding cooked chestnuts for the last couple.

I1L2T3
They're the best. Only allowed them once a year - everybody else in the family is repulsed by em, and what happens after
Obelix
I love them. Fried with some bacon and some lemon zest, and they're very good for you! Ooh that sounds interesting... I've never thought about doing them with lemon... I dunk mine in boiling water for a minute and then stir fry mine with a blowtorch for another minute or so - the trick is not to overcook them as people say. Wonderful little things are Brussels.
