I agree, man could improve things but what we can not change is the fact that most of the suffering man has to endure is nothing at all to do with man, its caused by natural disasters and other life forms.

When man left the garden of Eden , he left all the protection in physical form and entered an un perfect world because of sin.

Also if man stopped taking the earth bounty which was put there to keep the earth working right then maybe we wouldn't have natural disasters , man has plundered this earth

So no matter what we do now and no matter how good we are now, God has made sure we are exposed to suffering for our time on earth and whether we suffer or not is down to how lucky we are.

Man is very good at taking from earth , in Zimbabwe man goes gold mining , diamond mining all the earth minerals used by man for selfish purposes ! Man is very corrupt and doesn't treat this earth with respect.

I wonder what does literal creationists make out of fossil fuels. I mean, the scientific explanation is that it Fossil fuels are fuels formed by natural processes of buried dead organisms that occurred millions of years ago, and sometimes up to hundreds of millions of years ago.
