New Year - Diets

Apparently a detox day a week is good. Water and lemon only.

Intermittent fasting works but its not convenient for everyone.

My issue is the portion sizes and hidden calories not eating healthy. Take eating out, wetherspoons publish nutritional content, chicken and chips is 1400 calories all in! If i was eating that at home it would be half that.

 

You eat just 200 calories a day over base rate, thats 1lb gained every 2 weeks.

 

Its so easily done when you enjoy food.

The majority of people who diet put the weight back on plus 4lbs. Eat healthy and move about. A lot.

 

You don't even have to move about a lot, you just have to move more than you currently do. Pushing yourself too fast too early just makes it easier to get fed up and give in.
