ubermaus
Apparently a detox day a week is good. Water and lemon only. Intermittent fasting works but its not convenient for everyone. ---------- Post added 02-01-2015 at 13:15 ---------- My issue is the portion sizes and hidden calories not eating healthy. Take eating out, wetherspoons publish nutritional content, chicken and chips is 1400 calories all in! If i was eating that at home it would be half that. You eat just 200 calories a day over base rate, thats 1lb gained every 2 weeks. Its so easily done when you enjoy food.
StrangeSaz
The majority of people who diet put the weight back on plus 4lbs. Eat healthy and move about. A lot. You don't even have to move about a lot, you just have to move more than you currently do. Pushing yourself too fast too early just makes it easier to get fed up and give in. Carmen.
I prefer the term ''eating plan ''rather than diet.
